The driver of the truck is said to have got out of his vehicle and approached the car before starting to shout and swear at the driver, using abusive and threatening language and behaviour.
Following the altercation the man got back into the truck and the two drivers drove off.
The truck driver is described as a white man, aged in his early 30s, he was 6ft tall, stocky build and was wearing a red woolly hat, a white fleece top, jeans and work boots.
The truck he was driving was a flat back truck with a white cab and the letter JRC written on it.
