The incident happened at approximately 1055hrs on Saturday 22 September 2012.
The collision involved a 63-year-old woman cyclist from Beverley and a car.
The cyclist sustained a minor head injury and a black eye as well as grazing and a sore arm and was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary for treatment.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the collision and are seeking independent witnesses.
