POLICE are appealing for information in connection with an incident which happened on Havelock Crescent, Bridlington at around 1120hrs on Thursday 13 June 2013.
A woman was inside her home address when a man entered the property, via an insecure door.
The woman challenged the man and grabbed hold of a holdall, which he made an attempt to steal, before he made off in an unknown direction.
Police have arrested a 20 year old man in connection with the offence. He has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
